Number switch delay.

How long can I expect for my number to switch over from another network?
I was supposed to happen yesterday but I have received no correspondence / messages from iD Mobile.

Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear that you’re not certain if your switch was completed. 

 

Port ins take 1 working day. You will receive a text once the port is done. After receiving the text you are able to restart your device and your service should work normally. Please be advised that the transfer would not be processed on bank holidays or over the weekend, as these are not considered working days.

Thanks for the quick response Anneline.
Its not that I’m not certain, I know the switch hasn’t happened.
As mentioned, I haven’t received any texts or emails concerning the switch. 
The switch was scheduled for Monday and its Tuesday afternoon. 
I’m currently paying for two contracts so am keen to get this matter resolved ASAP.

Still no switch / transfer and iD mobile have gone quiet on me. 
When I checked out I specified the switch should take place on Monday 16th.
It would be great if iD mobile could get this sorted ASAP as the issue is becoming increasingly frustrating.
