Number switch didnt happen

I requested a switch so I could keep my number and provided my pac. Received the text advising it would happen yesterday, but this morning I have had a text advising the line is active, but it has not switched my number. What do I do?

Is the number you wanted to keep shown in your iD account, ​@Amyallis?

Does your ‘old’ service provider’s SIM still work?

Is the more than one SIM / eSIM in the phone with your iD SIM?

@Anika A I am experiencing the same problem. I received my iD SIM on Thursday and started the switch process. On Friday it said my number has switched to the original and this is also showing on my app. However my friend is telling me they are receiving texts from an incorrect number
