Hi,
My number was due to transfer from O2 to iD yesterday by 10 pm using a PAC code.
Since yesterday afternoon my iPhone has shown “No Service”. My eSIM is still labelled O2, the network shows “Not available”, and I still only have one eSIM installed.
Could you please check whether my number port has been delayed or whether there is an issue with the eSIM provisioning?
