I need to move my number to another provider but keep my ID mobile account with a new mobile number and for the remaining of the contract . Is it possible?

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to transfer your existing mobile number to another provider while keeping your current iD Mobile contract active with a new mobile number.

When you transfer your number using a PAC, your iD Mobile contract will be disconnected. If you’re still within your minimum contract term, early termination charges may apply.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
