old number not mentioned on direct debit confirmation email

Hi.  I have received a confirmation email to say my direct debit has been set up.  It says to contact you if it's not correct but how am I supposed to contact you?  It has the new number on the email, but I provided my PAC code in order to keep my old phone number.

Is it just the number that isn’t correct or the is there an issue with the direct debit?

Did your number port over before you received the email?

Hello Kash, thank you for your speedy reply.  
it's a direct debit confirmation email mentioning my new phone number. The old number is to be ported over on Tuesday.

As the number hasn’t ported yet the email will show the old number still.
