Old number not transferred

Hi all,

Recently switched across to ID from EE. I took out 1 contract with 2 devices for myself and my wife on Thursday. Passed across all the relevant information and PAC codes. Mine has gone through within 24 hours, but my wife hasn't received any text or mail to say that it's completed.

Still showing the number of the new SIM card and not her old number she wants to keep. Original EE SIM card has now deactivated and not working.

Any suggestions or tips? 

I did try reactivating again via the ID app, however it was shown as an error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
