one specific call I make is always cut off at approximately two minutes

Every time I call my mum's mobile I get cut off at approximately the two minute mark.

Any idea what is going on please?

    Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear your calls are being cut off after around two minutes. This can sometimes happen due to network or device issues.

    Please try the following:

    -Restart both your phone and your mum’s phone.

    -Ensure both phones have the latest software updates installed.

    -Try using a different network (e.g., make a call from Wi-Fi if possible) to see if the issue persists.
