One Time Passwords STILL not working. Customer services are useless. Has anyone been successful in fixing this?

I just PAC transferred  my number a week ago and ever since joining ID I can't get access to apps or websites that send one time passwords. I've tried everything.  ID customer service is dreadful and no help whatsoever.  My SIM in my old phone that did work before now doesn't so its clearly a network issue and not my new phone settings (that's all they focus on) . 

Annoyed angry and fed up with ID already!

    Sorry to hear this, is this all OTP (One Time Password) codes you’ve tried or a certain few?

     

    How are regular texts?
