"Oops! A error occurred - 500 Internal Server Error".

Hi all,

Trying to change my plan and when clicking on the SIM only plan I’d like, I am prompted with this error message: 

“Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”

Any ideas on what to do?
