Oops... something went wrong. Please try again. - I was trying to enter a PAC to move from one provider to another

Oops... something went wrong.  Please try again. - I was trying to enter a PAC to move from one provider to another. 

I kept getting this answer, I have waited for days, changed internet browers, switched the laptop on/off, deleted cookies, and nothing is working. 

Also, would be nice to be able to speak to someone about it….

Also you won't be able to speak to anyone they don't have a customer service I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried this before and tried it again this morning with the same message, “Oops... something went wrong. Please try again.”.

PAC code is still valid.

Any ideas?
