I want to know if my order has been confirmed.

I placed order on Wednesday (18th) and still had no confirmation email.

I’m really sorry that you haven’t received your order confirmation,  I understand how worrying that can be.

Since you placed your order on 18th, and haven’t received an email update, please contact the iD Mobile Sales Team on 0800 049 0250 (9am–6pm, Monday–Friday). They can check your order status and confirm whether it has been successfully processed.
