Order Confirmation Emails… How long do you wait until you receive one?

    Hi ​@Mkae,

     

    You’ll usually receive your order confirmation email within up to 24 hours of placing your order. This gives our system a bit of time to process everything and send the details across.

     

    If it’s been longer than 24 hours and you still haven’t received anything, just let us know and we can help look into it for you.

     

    In the meantime, it’s also worth checking your junk/spam folder just in case it’s landed there.
