Ordered phone 14th received order confirmation [REMOVED] but still no phone or email to track

I’m really sorry to hear you haven’t received your phone yet, I know how worrying that can be, especially after getting your order confirmation.

 

As this is a public community platform, we don’t have access to orders or personal account details, so we’re not able to check your delivery or tracking from here.

 

The best thing to do is contact our Live Chat team, as they’ll be able to securely access your order and provide an update on what’s happening, including tracking information if it’s available.

 

If you still have your order confirmation email handy, it’s worth keeping that nearby as it’ll help them locate your order quickly.

 

Hope you get this sorted very soon, but if you need anything else in the meantime, just let us know.

no not helpful at all gave order number said they needed tracking number so couldn’t look at anything for me
