orders wrong coloured phone

I’ve just upgraded and accidentally picked a pink phone instead of black. Can this be sorted before the phone gets sent out?

Thanks for getting in touch, and we’re sorry to hear the wrong colour was selected during your upgrade.

 

 If the order has not yet been processed, there may still be time to cancel it and place the order again with the correct colour.

 

However, if the order has already been accepted and is due for delivery, we wouldn’t be able to change the colour before dispatch. In that case, you would first need to receive the device and then arrange an exchange for the correct colour afterwards.

 

Please get in touch with our Live Chat team as soon as possible so they can check the order status and advise on the available options.
