Question

Other person can't hear me Pixel 9 Pro

I'm having an issue with my Pixel 9 Pro during calls. Everything works normally for the first 10 minutes, but then the person on the other end suddenly stops hearing me. I can still hear them perfectly.

At first, I thought it was related to my car’s infotainment system, but it also happens at home when I'm not connected to the car. The pattern is always the same: we’re talking normally, I ask something, and they don’t respond because they can’t hear me anymore. They continue the conversation until they ask me a question, and I’m there shouting into the phone with no audio going through.

This happens on regular phone calls as well as Messenger voice and video calls. Looking for help or suggestions on what might be causing this.

    Hi @Jakeyboy392

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with calls.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if they help resolve the issue:

    1. Manually Connect to a Network:

    Open Settings
    Tap Network & Internet
    Tap Mobile Network
    Tap Advanced (if visible)
    Toggle Automatically select network OFF
Your phone will scan and display a list of available networks
Tap the network you want to connect to manually
    Restart your phone

    2. Reset Mobile Network Settings:

    Open Settings
    Tap System → Reset options
Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    Confirm by tapping Reset settings

Note: This will remove saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, reset Bluetooth connections, and reset mobile network settings (APN, carrier preferences).
