ONE TIME PASSCODE

 

I have had my phone since friday, I am not receiving one time passcodes i can’t not get onto any of my banks. 

Anyone else had this problem any help would be appreciated

Hey there ​@ngarratt786, we’ve recently had an outage regarding OTP’s, but this should be resolved now.

Hey there ​@ngarratt786, sorry to hear that. Is the issue only with your bank, or also other companies/apps also? Which bank is it also please?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone, and also resetting network settings?

hello, the issue is with no and other companies 

i’ve tried everything and it’s nearly been 48 hours which was the time they said it would be sorted

I am having the same problem after coming from O2, Now only allowed emergency calls need help asap, my phone is connected to my emergency alarm system
