OTP and shortcode messages

Since switching to iD mobile, I cannot receive any OTP or any shortcode messages. I've tried all the suggestions online and nothing works. I tried contacting iD but that doesn't work either! It's so frustrating. I need to access my banking apps and without being able to receive a one time pass code, I can't do that!

No need to make 2 posts on same subject; you should contact the CHAT PAGE; type speak to an agent.

I've not managed to connect to the live chat the whole day. And I didn't know I made two posts and how I did it. Sorry.
