Some plans are monthly, some are 12 months and some are 24 months so depends on the plan you choose.

Hi @Gemloumann

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

If you choose to upgrade your plan before your current contract has ended, this will start a new agreement from the date of the upgrade. This means a new minimum term 12 or 24 months would begin at that point.

So yes, upgrading 6 months early would reset your contract, and you would be committed to the new term from the upgrade date.

If you’d like, we can check your upgrade eligibility and go through the options available to you before you decide. Please contact our sales team on 08000490250.

Thank you,
