I had £4.72 credit on my phone, but when trying to make a phone call got msg saying I was out of credit. I added £5 top up and got a msg saying my top up was successful and I had £9.72 credit. Why, therefore did I get a msg saying I was out if credit initially when I had £4.72 credit??
