Over charged 21quid for minutes

Good afternoon everyone,

I joined ID last night,then my Bill cap is off for sure I had email sent and confirmed,

but just now when log on app or pc ,it stated 21 quid extra charged from my minutes and text,

I did try to use live chat lots of times but now possilbe to reach to them at all!

 

so what can I do about it?it is not fair to charge me for that amont isnt it?!!
