Has my pac code been transferred from my old provider? I want to keep my old number and I gave the pac code on the 1/12026.

    Hi ​@Maxine1980 ,

     

    If you provided your PAC on 01/01/2026, the transfer should be in progress. PAC transfers can sometimes take up to a couple of working days to complete, depending on your old provider and the timing of the request.

    If your number port was scheduled for a Friday, there might be a slight delay in the process. I’d advise giving it until today 6 pm to complete. In the meantime, please make sure your iD SIM is in your phone.
