I have just purchased a sim only deal with an e-sim. Currently with utility warehouse so need to move my current number over with my pac code. I didn’t realise I had to do this upon check out and can’t register my account without my ID mobile number but can’t seem to find that. Where can I find that number? Do I need to download my e-sim before the entering the pac code or can it be done afterwards?

No need to worry at all, this can definitely be done after your order has been set up.
You don’t need to enter your PAC code at checkout. Once your eSIM is active and your order has been accepted, you’ll be assigned a temporary iD Mobile number. This is the number you’ll use to register your account.
What to do next:
- Download and activate your eSIM
- You’ll then receive or be able to see your iD Mobile number
- Register your account using that number
When you’re ready to bring your number over from Utility Warehouse, you can simply submit your PAC code afterwards, it doesn’t have to be done straight away.
