pac code problems, no signal with new sim


just switched over to id mobile, and already thinking this was a mistake, new phone arrived, popped in the sim, nothing , 24 hrs later, nothing.  how do you actually speak to a real person at id mobile?

no signal, no switch over of numbers, so now i have 2 phones which is ridiculous.

we didn’t have these problems 20 years ago, so why do we have them now?

Are you getting no signal whatsoever?

Hi, I managed to get everything sorted, but tbh it was a real problem that actually takes a lot of time to fix. 

I don't understand how these issues never existed 10 years ago, but now it's commonplace
