pac code switch but no service

My switch from previous supplier was meant to go through yesterday, I got an email today saying it’s done and gone through at 10.00am, have turned phone off and back on, as instructed, but it’s saying no service. 
any ideas?

    ​@Hw120605  Some times you may not have service the same day but after 24 hour's at least service should resume. If not by 10 am today report back.

    If you have a different phoneto hand you could at least try your sim card if its a physical sim in a different phone.
