PAC is not working

I received new sim, would like to keep my ild number. received PAC via sms, the app says ‘something went wrong, please try later’ even though the information is correct

Hi ​@AlyaRiba , thanks for letting us know. We’re aware that customers using iOS 26.3 on their iPhone with the “Show Borders” setting turned on might experience issues with the iD Mobile app. We’re working hard to fix this as quickly as possible.

 

In the meantime, you can try turning off “Show Borders” by following these steps:

Open Settings

Tap Accessibility

Tap Display & Text Size

Turn the Show Borders toggle OFF

 

You can also manage your account anytime online at my.idmobile.co.uk.
