Id Mobile are not sending me my PAC. How does this get resolved?

I do apologise that you have not been receiving your PAC code as we do understand how important it is to have your number. Please note that you will need to contact us direct via live chat or DM and informed them you have not been receiving the PAC codes you have been sent so that we can look into other options for you to receive the PAC. And also, please confirm to the agent if you have access to the SIM if the PAC is sent via email ask the agent to confirm the email.

Thank you for your reply. 
However, when I requested the PAC,  Id Mobile immediately cancelled my plan without my permission, leaving me unable to receive texts. This is an error on the company’s behalf, and the accountability or burden shouldn’t be placed on me. 
Even though the company has my email address and needed it to set up my plan in the first instance, they have relentlessly and numerously asked me to provide it again, which I have done. I have advised that the PAC would be successfully received if they send the PAC in that manner, and ID Mobile are still failing to send the PAC. 

I have also tried the chat function four times, each time taking about an hour. It’s still failing to provide the PAC. 

Please can you explain the company is refusing to send the PAC via email, particularly as I have just demonstrated that your suggested actions repeatedly end in no resolution.
