I have parental control of who my son can contact and communicate with. He has an Apple phone. Unfortunately, because of this, he cannot see messages from ID mobile (e.g to say he needs to top up) unless I remove the controls. I have tried adding the ID contact into his phone but this doesn’t work. I assume ID messages come from a computer or change number. Is there any way ID can resolve this, or help me resolve it.
