I am writing to report a persistent problem with my internet service that has been ongoing for over two weeks

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your internet. Please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

 

For Android:

  • Open Settings
  • Tap General Management
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset network settings

For iPhone:

  • Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
  • Reset
  • Reset Network Settings.
  • Once the iPhone is open.
  • Go to Settings
  • Messages Turn ON iMessage.


This will recognize the sim and have it verified.
