When I type in a number and press call - the call doesn’t ring it just say “call ended” 

This isn’t with every number just some!

    ​@Barbs1987  Hi there check to see if there any reported faults, on-going work for the post code area unless this is happening it different location.

    I've experienced this in the pass and it's been a network problem. Sometimes these aren't update on the website in real time even when they have been report. 

    Secondly try your sim card in a known working phone to see if the problem is still happening.
