Phone not charging

I have had my phone for less than a month and now it won't charge, I haven't damaged it or anything. 

How do I arrange for a replacement or repair?

As your device is still within the initial period, the quickest option would be to take it into any Currys store. A store technician can inspect the handset and advise whether a repair or replacement is required.
