Phone not working so I cannot access my account.

My phone has died and so I cannot access my account as to verify my identity, ID Mobile wants to send a passcode to my broken phone.

How can this be resolved, please ?

Sorry to hear that your phone died and you’re unable to access your online account.

Are you able to insert your physical SIM card into another phone to receive the passcode via text? If so, you can then try logging in using the following link:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login

@Steve Boyle  Hello  just seen a post by ​@jmcnamara252  asking you what number is effectived, under no circumstances post your number or any other personal information in an open forum. Follow steps outlined by ​@Michael Z .

Staff members can be identified by clicking on their username with a title beside their username stating IDMobile Employee.
