phone number not working after set up

Joined ID from o2 (physical sim)and gave PAC code at time of check out to ID as I want to keep my original number.

Picked up iPhone 16 and physical sim from curry’s today.

During set up accidentally pressed eSIM and now my original phone number does not work on my old phone and does not show as an eSIM on the new phone.

 

The only number that works is the new physical sim on iPhone 16.

 

No one can call or text me on my original number. When calling it says number offline.

I need my original number working asap.

 

What should I do?

Hi, I have now sorted mine. 
It took about 3 hours for my original number to show as an eSIM on my new phone.

 

Just hoping the pac will go through now and the id mobile number is replaced with my original number.

Are you still having issues with this?

 

It may be worth resetting network settings and inserting the iD Mobile SIM card, or even the device to factory settings.
