phone number switch not happened

iphone SE to switch on 17th Dec

sent a new number via the SIM SMS

Cannot find a messages link in setting to follow other advice

Not receiving or able to send SMS

Calls not happening

Need to fix asap

On the day of the port, it can take up until 10pm for the port to be fully processed. 

If you are still having issues after this time, please do let us know and we will be happy to assist further.

    ​@Linda Mackenzie  You have over a full month 17th Dec. You you've still not received confirmation e-mail about your port due 17th Dec you can give sale's a call 9am to 6pm Mon To Fri on +44 20 7139 1397
