Hi There

i took out a 12 month sim plan however, it showing that it will expire in 12 days.

Okay @James Kiernan, in 12-days time (when the 12-month minimum-term ends / expires), your contract will change to a rolling 1-month contract.  

Your allowances and services will continue, until you cancel your contract.
