Hello!
I sent my phone off for trade in nearly 3 weeks ago and have had zero correspondence from either ID Mobile or Currys since. I have tried contacting the suggested trade in email address and have had no response. I have also tried calling Currys and the response I got was ‘there is nothing we can do to help’ and 'you should keep emailing them’. Would be great to get some sort of update.
Anyone had a similar experience or able to help at all?
