Pixel 10 promo bought within promo period; cannot claim within promo period?

Hello all; I purchased my Pixel 10 pro with a ‘promo’ offer for a Pixel watch, waited for the 14 day period; after this, I went to claim the offer on the Google page, the terms are as follows: 

You must have made your purchase between 10 December 2025 - 7 January 2026

Not a problem, purchased 23rd Dec 2025. I go to claim and I receive this message;

  • Unfortunately, you haven't selected an eligible purchase date. You must have made your purchase between 10 December 2025 - 7 January 2026, and submit your claim during the promotional period. For more information, check our Terms.

Am I missing something? Is 23rd Dec not between 10th Dec and 7th Jan? Obviously I’ve contacted ‘someone’ at Google about this, which will obviously then drag out so then when I go to claim again, it will be actually out of the promo period. Could someone tell me what I’m doing wrong or that I’m not being gaslit by Google?

    Hi Zandile, I’m still confused. The promotional deal, for me anyway, is currently active between 10th December to 7th January 2026 and I qualify for this deal, but the website will not adhere to this promotional offer. Do I have to wait a bit longer before making the claim then?

    The promo claim has been accepted thankfully, it was a 15 day cool-off rather than a 14 day. Thanks anyway
