Pixel 9 Pro Fold shutting down issue

Hi,

I had the Pixel 9 Pro Fold shutting down issue back in November 2025. It was 'repaired' at my local EE store but the issue has now returned. 

I plan on taling it back in again, but was wondering if i can just get it replaced for a different pixel phone as i suspect the issue will return again. I'm roughly 18 months into a 2 year contract with ID Mobile.

Sorry to hear the issue has returned, that’s really frustrating.

As the phone has already been repaired and the same fault has come back, it will need to be assessed again. Depending on the outcome and repair history, you may be eligible for a replacement or alternative option under warranty.

Please take the handset back to the store for inspection
