Pixel 9 will not charge reliably via USB socket

My Pixel 9 has stopped charging reliably as the USB port has become very unreliable as a way of connecting. How do I go about contacting iD about getting it repaired?

I bought phone as part of my 24 month contract and am just about 12 months into the contract.

    Trying different charging cable may be one option; otherwise try CHAT;
