Hi, is there an option to cancel my plan for 3 months if I’m out of the UK & won’t be using my plan allowance at all?

Hi there ​@Maxine Wilson, unfortunately, you cannot cancel or freeze your plan for a select amount of time. The only option would be to cancel completely, or let the contract continue. Charges will remain as usual with the plan still active.
