plan upgradation problem

hi  this month 29th my contract ends. so I am trying to update 80Gb data pack for 10GBP. past 3 days it is giving me error from the checkout page, I have tried different browsers. different devices and laptops with edge browser and other browsers same happens again and again it is really frustrates. please help me to upgrade my plan.
