Poor signal

My phone consistently has low signal around the area where I live despite the coverage on your website saying excellent. My partner also has the same issue with a different phone altogether. How can I fix this please as I am losing the will to live? I am paying £40 a month to not be able to make calls as nobody can hear me or vice versa due to poor signal

Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled?

Area postcode is WN8. Yes I have WiFi enabled calling turned on.
