Ported number not always working

Ported my number successfully 3 days ago

Some calls / texts sent as the ID mobile number some as the transferred number

Very random

need urgent help

Welcome to the Community!

I would firstly advise to reset your network settings.

It sounds like you may need to update your number in settings.

If you are using an iPhone you’ll need to update iMessage and Facetime/call number.

However please let us know if you require further assistance.

Sorted it.

This was to do with iPhone Messaging using the original number provided by iD and standard messages using the ported number.

I have reset and all works well now
