ported phone number not chaged in settings

I recently switched to ID and transferred my old number over a few days ago which says it was successful but have since discovered on my settings that the number I was given with my new sim is still registered on there and I can’t seem to change it and save it to the number which I ported.

Exactly the same has happened to me, even after I had a 40 online session about it. I now have two numbers on my phone. Just been on holiday and my old number was useless…3G and often couldn’t make calls on it. Here goes another 40 mins of my life trying to sort it…

It should be simple to fix, are you using an iPhone? If so please can you try this - How do I fix Calls, iMessage or FaceTime issues on my iPhone? | iD Mobile Community


Hi…spoke to Storm on live chat and they figured out the issue! Fingers crossed it’s now sorted for good…
