I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble porting your number.
To transfer your number to iD Mobile using a PAC code, here are the steps you can follow:

-Get your PAC code from your old network by texting PAC to 65075 using your old SIM.

-You can submit your PAC code in one of three ways:
1. During checkout when purchasing your plan.
2. Via the iD Mobile app: Log in, go to the Plan section, and tap Switch to iD.
3. Online at my.idmobile.co.uk: Log in and follow the same steps under your plan settings.

-You’ll need your transaction number, which can be found in your Order Complete or Welcome to iD email.

-Choose your switch date using the calendar provided — switching usually happens by 10pm on the selected day (Mon–Fri).
