I'd like to get a sim for my kids phone.
is it possible to attain another sim with its own number and have it on my account so I can manage it from my account. naturally I'd be paying for it too.

Hi
Yes, you are able to take out a separate plan for your child, subject to credit and internal checks. Once the plan has gone through the required credit checks and has been approved, you will be able to add their mobile number to your iD Mobile account, either via the iD Mobile app or online account portal. This will allow you to manage both plans from a single account, including checking usage, topping up, and managing any settings.
To purchase the new plan, you can either do this online on the iD Mobile website (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/), or contact our sales team via live chat (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat) or call them on 0800 049 0250.
Once the order has been accepted, you can follow the below steps to have the additional plan added to your account:
1. On the 'Home' screen, tap 'View your plans' located in the top right of the screen.
2. Tap the 'Add new plan' button.
3. Enter the mobile number for the plan that you wish to add to the account. > The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
4. Enter the last name of the account holder and then enter the date of birth of the account holder. > Once done, tap 'Next'.
5. You should now have received an SMS to the iD Mobile number that you are adding to the account, which contains the one time passcode.
6. Enter the 8 digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen.
