Premium texts not sending to short code

    Hi ​@jordanbolton1991,

     

    Thanks for letting us know. If premium texts aren’t sending to short codes, this is usually due to premium messaging being blocked on the account or device.

    Here are a few things to check:

    -Make sure premium SMS is enabled on your iD Mobile account

    -Check your phone’s message settings to ensure short codes aren’t blocked

    -Restart your phone and try sending the text again

    -Confirm you have enough credit / no billing restrictions on the account
