price plan deals and customer service

How do I get a better price plan deal direct from id mobile? I want to get the Motorola razor 60 ultra in the wood effect, but there are better price plan offers via car phone warehouse, only issue they don't have the wood effect but there minimum price plan is £39 a month £19 upfront with 100 gb unlimited texts and calls on id's network which it a fair bit cheaper than ID directly, also is there no live chat or any customer service to speak to a person?
