An advisor asked me to send a private message about my complaint but I am unable to private message them how do I do this please?

To contact an advisor via private message:-

Click on the persons name
This will open their profile page
Click on the ‘Send message’ button

 Thank you I tried that it said I’m not permitted to send them a message
