Private number calls

Private number calls go straight through to answerphone since porting my number yesterday. This includes calls from my hospital which are vital

    I take it you have an iPhone?

    No an Android. I didn't have this problem when I was directly with 3 but I had my number ported to idmobile yesterday and now the phone doesn't even ring for these private number calls.

    Fairly important as my hospital specialists are unable to contact me.
