Problems with 2FA

I cannot get any bank verification codes on messages. I have contacted my bank (co-op Bank) to query and they say this is an ID issue (related to issues with 3G network) and they stated I should raise this issue with ID (they confirmed they have previously notified ID of this)  I am getting all other messages but no verification messages. Very annoying. Any advice or ID Mobile please contact me

I have never been able to receive these 2FA messages

Are the messages not working with any company or just the one Bank that you mentioned?

What utter nonsense. While it is true that there is an ongoing issue with iD Mobile customers receiving OTP from the co-op Bank, the co-op would have no way of knowing if iD Mobile was at fault. It certainly has nothing to do with the 3G switch off.

Of course coop know because all their customers are calling them with the same issue!
